Medical Educators

We work with educators and administrators at medical colleges and universities, academic medical centers and private and public health care systems across the globe to create customized academic programs that integrate global best practices with region-specific needs.

Drawing on the experts at our Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals, we’ll work with you to:

  • Review market data to identify potential differentiators
  • Analyze education trends and their impact on curriculum, facilities, the use of technology and the organization of classrooms and programs
  • Co-develop a curriculum plan for programs, including teaching and learning methods, assessment methods, and staffing and equipment requirements
  • Propose models for institutional governance
  • Finalize and review components of the programs, including course materials, evaluation and quality management plans, organizational structures and committees, and policies and procedures
